   Serving Guide

  • Tea Menu: Popular
  • Per 250ml Cup: 1 teaspoon (approx. 2.6g)
  • Water: Use freshly filtered, boiling water. Pour over leaves.
  • Brewing Time: 3 – 7 minutes; we prefer 5 minutes for full flavour.
  • Milk & Sugar: Excellent with milk. Add sugar, honey or lemon to suit taste preferences if required.
