There are six kinds of tea in our range. Each tea is put in a plastic-free pyramid tea bag and wrapped in an envelope that can be composted. While convenience is popular, we don't believe it should be at the planet's expense. That's why every tea bag we produce is made from plant-based materials. There's no compromise on taste; all our leaf teas have plenty of room to move and infuse in the water, releasing their flavour.
The envelopes that wrap the tea bags are made from 100% compostable paper. Whilst there is a plant-lined barrier to help keep the tea bags fresh, you can detect aromas where they are present. This is natural when using compostable packaging. We suggest storing wrapped tea bags separately wherever possible to avoid cross-contamination of aroma and taste.
