Flu Warrior loose herbal tea has a real ginger kick with a refreshing lemon taste. To help relieve symptoms, we've gone heavy on the ginger and elderberries; both of these herbs are reported to provide a real boost to help you fight and stave off colds and flu. The lemongrass and lemon pieces are reported to help prevent the growth of bacteria and relieve pain and swelling.

    Love ginger so was really interested to try this ginger tea. Certainly has a kick - loved it!

   Serving Guide

  • Tea Menu: Very Popular
  • Per 250ml Cup: 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 3g)
  • Water: Use freshly filtered, boiling water. Pour over leaves.
  • Brewing Time: 6 – 8 minutes; we prefer 8 minutes for full flavour.
  • Milk & Sugar: Add sugar, honey or lemon to suit taste preferences. We don't recommend adding milk.
