  • Ingredients: Luxury Green Tea, White Tea, Juniper Berries, Cucumber Slices, Coriander Seeds, Liquorice Root, Lemon Pieces, Cardamom, Rosemary, Natural Flavours.
  • Leaves: Pekoe Gunpowder, Pai Mu Tan Grade 1.
  • Latin/ Botanical Names: Camellia sinensis, Juniperus communis, Cucumis sativus, Coriandrum sativum, Glycyrrhiza glabra, Citrus limon, Elettaria cardamomum, Rosmarinus officinalis.
  • Grown: Ceylon, China, Albania, India, Egypt, France.

   Serving Guide

  • Tea Menu: Great all year round add on, or guest tea
  • Per 250ml Cup: 1 teaspoon (approx. 2.6g)
  • Water: Freshly filtered water brought to boiling point and cooled to around 80°C. Pour over leaves.
  • Brewing Time: 2 – 4 minutes; we prefer 3 minutes.
  • Milk & Sugar: We don't recommend adding milk. Add sugar, honey or lemon to suit your taste preferences.
