Serving Guide
- Tea Menu: Great all year round add on, or guest tea
- Per 250ml Cup: 1 teaspoon (approx. 2.6g)
- Water: Freshly filtered water brought to boiling point and cooled to around 80°C. Pour over leaves.
- Brewing Time: 2 – 4 minutes; we prefer 3 minutes.
- Milk & Sugar: We don't recommend adding milk. Add sugar, honey or lemon to suit your taste preferences.
