Each bag holds a generous 3g of ginger root and lemon pieces along with lemongrass, elderberries, rosehip, liquorice pieces and echinacea, allowing a full-bodied flavour and a clean, tingly finish.    Serving Guide

  • Tea Menu: Popular
  • Per 250ml Cup: 1 pyramid tea bag (equivalent to approx. 3.0g of loose tea blend)
  • Water: Use freshly filtered, boiling water. Pour over leaves.
  • Brewing Time: 6 – 8 minutes; we prefer 8 minutes for full flavour.
  • Milk & Sugar: Milk not recommended. Sweeten with sugar or honey, or add extra lemon to taste.
