  Serving Guide

  • Tea Menu: Premium wellness infusion ideal for hotel spa menus, autumn/winter hot beverage lists, and post-treatment relaxation.
  • Per Serving: 1 slightly heaping teaspoon (approx. 2.5g–3g) per 200–260 ml of water.
  • Water: Pour freshly drawn boiling water (100°C) directly over the leaves to maximise essential spice and herbal oils.
  • Brewing Time: Steep for 6–8 minutes (7 minutes recommended); extended steeping times simply intensify the warming ginger bite and herbal depth.
  • To Serve: Serve hot in glass teapots with an optional lemon wheel, or flash-brew concentrated over ice for summer wellness menus.
