Become a Jenier Tea Pioneer

Introducing quality teas to your business is very much a journey of discovery. From your own sampling to trying out new blends and infusions with your customers, each step will shape how you create a fantastic tea experience your customers will love to talk about and want to come back for more.
When you register with us as a trade customer not only do you get access to hundreds of premium teas and infusions to sample and buy immediately, you also get access to the Jenier Tea Pioneer VIP Rewards Programme.

How Does it Work

From the moment you register, you begin to earn Pioneer Points, which you can exchange for various cash rewards. There are three tiers, Tea Explorer, Tea Trader, and Tea Master. In addition to the cash rewards you can exchange using your Pioneer Points, each Pioneer tier has unique cash rewards that are unlocked for you when you join the tier without the need to spend any of your points.

Tea Explorer

  • 500 Points on registering
  • Welcome 15% Total Order Discount (Minimum Spend £100 - single use only)
  • 1 Pioneer Point for every £1 spent

Tea Trader

  • Tea Traders Bonus - £10 Store Credit for you to spend
  • Bonus 200 points added to your account
  • £20 off coupon (minimum spend £200 - single use only)
  • 10% Total Order Discount coupon (minimum spend £200 - single use only)
  • Place an order - 2 Pioneer Points for every £1 spent

Tea Master

  • Tea Master's Bonus - £20 Store Credit for you to spend
  • Bonus 500 Pioneer Points added to your account
  • £30 off coupon (minimum spend £250 - single use only)
  • 12% Total Order Discount coupon (minimum spend £250 - single use only)
  • Place an order - 3 Pioneer Points for every £1 spent

The Route to Becoming a Tea Master

  • Become a TEA EXPLORER when you create your trade account.
  • Become a TEA TRADER when you've earned 2000 Points in the last 365 days.
  • Become a TEA MASTER when you've earned 6000 Points in the last 365 days.
  • Progress through the tiers is determined by the number of Pioneer Points you earn in a 365-day period. Pioneer Points can be earned through various ways and as you progress through the tiers, you’ll earn more points for every £1 spent.

All VIP tiers can earn and spend Pioneer Points in the following ways:

  • Open an Account Earn 500 Points - This can be redeemed immediately.
  • Make an Order - Earn points as you spend - There are no limits to the amount you can earn.
  • Like us on Facebook Earn 100 Points Limited to 1 like per store account.
  • 15% Total Order Discount coupon (minimum spend £100 - single use only)
  • Progress through the tiers is determined by the number of Pioneer Points you earn in a 365-day period. Pioneer Points can be earned through various ways and as you progress through the tiers, you’ll earn more points for every £1 spent.
