Become a Jenier Tea Pioneer

When you register for a trade account, you get immediate access to our full range of loose-leaf teas, pyramid tea bags, and matcha—plus automatic entry into the Jenier Tea Pioneer VIP Rewards Programme.
How Does it Work
Every time you place an order, you earn Pioneer Points that you can swap for money off future orders.
The programme has three VIP tiers: Tea Explorer, Tea Trader, and Tea Master.
On top of swapping earned points for vouchers, moving up to a higher tier automatically unlocks an Exclusive Tier Welcome Voucher. This is credited straight to your account when you qualify, without using up any of your saved points.
Tea Explorer
- 500 Points on registering
- Welcome £15 Total Order Discount (Minimum Spend £100 - single use only)
- 1 Pioneer Point for every £1 spent
Tea Trader
- Bonus 500 points added to your account
- £20 off coupon (minimum spend £130 - single use only)
- Place an order - 2 Pioneer Points for every £1 spent
Tea Master
- Bonus 1000 Pioneer Points added to your account
- £35 off coupon (minimum spend £200 - single use only)
- Place an order - 3 Pioneer Points for every £1 spent
The Route to Becoming a Tea Master
- Become a TEA EXPLORER when you create your trade account.
- Become a TEA TRADER when you've earned 2000 Points in the last 365 days.
- Become a TEA MASTER when you've earned 6000 Points in the last 365 days.
- Progress through the tiers is determined by the number of Pioneer Points you earn in a 365-day period. Pioneer Points can be earned through various ways and as you progress through the tiers, you’ll earn more points for every £1 spent.
All VIP tiers can earn and spend Pioneer Points in the following ways:
- Open an Account Earn 500 Points - This can be redeemed immediately.
- Make an Order - Earn points on every order (1, 2, or 3 points per £1 spent ex. VAT based on your active VIP tier).
- Like us on Facebook Earn 100 Points Limited to 1 like per store account.
- £15.00 Total Order Discount coupon (minimum spend £100 - single use only)
- 500 Pioneer Points: Exchange for a £5.00 Trade Order Coupon (no minimum spend)
- 800 Pioneer Points: Exchange for a £10.00 Trade Order Coupon (minimum order spend £100)
- 2000 Pioneer Points: Exchange for a £30.00 Trade Order Coupon (minimum order spend £250)

- VAT Exclusive Pricing: All minimum order spend thresholds and point-earning calculations are evaluated on net subtotals exclusive of VAT (ex. VAT) and shipping charges.
- Auto Stock Replenishment Exclusivity: Pioneer Point redemption vouchers and single-use VIP tier coupons apply exclusively to Standard Orders. They cannot be applied to or combined with Auto Stock Replenishment (5% off) recurring items or other checkout discount codes.
