Private Label Loose Tea (Online Ordering)
Our "Pack Down" service caters to premium loose-leaf tea in manageable wholesale quantities, typically prepared within 7–10 working days.

Pyramid Tea Bags (Bespoke Manufacturing)
Looking for Pyramid Tea Bags? We offer full manufacturing runs for blank-tag pyramids, starting at 12,000 units per tea.

How Our White Label Packing System Works
Our Private Label model is a "White Label" service. It is designed to be the fastest, most cost-effective way to get your brand to market without the delays and high minimums of printed packaging.
The "Bulk Pack" Rule:
The packing system is based on our original Bulk Pack weights (ranging from 6kg to 16kg depending on the tea leaf volume). You purchase the full Bulk Pack, and we "pack it down" into retail-ready pouches for you.
- We Supply: Premium tea, weighed and heat-sealed into high-barrier retail pouches (Silver, White, Black, or Kraft).
- Your Branding: You design, print, and apply the labels yourself. The pouches are delivered unbranded, ready for you to stick your labels on once the goods arrive.
Pricing Structure
We keep it simple. You pay for the tea + a single flat fee for the packing service.
- The Tea Price: The price of the Bulk Pack (e.g., 16kg of English Breakfast).
- The Packing Fee: A flat fee of £50.00 per Bulk Pack.
This £50.00 covers the cost of the pouches and the manual labour required to weigh, fill, and seal them.
Ordering Steps
Follow these 4 simple steps to order your unbranded stock:
Step 1: Choose Your Tea
Browse the Private Label Tea range in our online store and select your full Bulk Pack.
- If your preferred tea from our main site isn’t listed in the Private Label section, contact us, and we can arrange to add it for you.
Step 2: Select Your Pouch Size
We will break the Bulk Pack down into one of the following retail sizes for you.
- 100g
- 250g,
- 500g,
Important! The entire bulk bag will be packed in the same pouch size. We cannot split the bulk bag across different net weights.
Step 3: Choose Your Pouch Colour
Select the pouch finish that best suits your brand:
- Kraft Brown (Natural look)
- Matte Black (Premium look)
- Matte White (Clean look)
- Silver (Classic look)
Step 4: Traceability & Compliance
As the brand owner, you are responsible for ensuring your individual bags comply with food labelling regulations. To assist you with this, we provide all the necessary data on the outer shipping box.
We will place a master label on the shipping box containing:
- Product Name & Ingredients
- Brewing Instructions
- Recommended Best Before Date
- Batch/Lot Number (For full traceability)
It is then your responsibility to transfer this information onto your own retail labels for the individual pouches.
Example Calculation
Here is an example to illustrate the value of the pack-down service:
- The Tea: You order 1 Bulk Pack of English Breakfast Tea (16kg).
Price: £263.40 (Example price only) - The Format: You choose 100g Pouches in Silver.
Yield: 16kg ÷ 100g = 160 Retail Bags. - The Fee: You add the flat Packing Fee.
Price: £50.00
TOTAL COST: £313.40 (based on example pricing)
UNIT COST: £1.96 per 100g bag (finished and ready for your label).
