Private Label Tea Ordering Guide
Welcome to our Private Label Tea service! This guide is designed to help you navigate our website and order the private label teas and packaging you need for your business seamlessly. We’ll walk you through the steps, so whether you’re a seasoned pro or new to private label tea, you’ll know exactly what to do.
How Our Private Label Tea System Works
Our private label model is built around the bulk bag sizes in our tea range. The weights of our bulk bags vary depending on the type of tea and the size of the tea leaves, ranging from 6 to 16 kg per bag.
We offer a range of teas in our Private Label category, but if you don’t see a specific tea listed, don’t worry! Let us know, and we’ll be happy to add it for you.
Pricing Structure
- The price per bulk bag depends on the tea selected.
- A flat fee of £35 per pack is added to the bulk bag price. This fee includes the cost of the recyclable pouches for your tea.
- If you opt for printed labels, there is an additional £15.00 flat fee per order.
Ordering Steps
Follow these 5 simple steps to create your private label tea products:
Step 1: Choose Your Tea
- Browse the Private Label Tea range in our online store.
- Select your desired tea type.
- If your preferred tea isn’t listed, contact us to request it, and we’ll add it to the list if available.
Step 2: Select the Packing Net Weight for Each Pouch
We offer three net weight options for packaging your tea:
- 250g,
- 500g, or
- 2kg per pouch.
Important! The entire bulk bag will be packed in the same pouch size. We cannot split the bulk bag across different net weights.
Step 3: Choose Your Pouch Colour
Choose your preferred pouch colour from our recyclable pouch options:
- Brown Kraft
- Black
- White
Step 4: Select Your Labelling Option
Here, you can choose whether or not you’d like printed labels.
Option 1: No Printed Labels
- We will apply a small label to the base of each pouch, which includes a unique identifier for traceability.
Option 2: Printed Labels
- If you'd like printed labels for your pouches, you have two choices:
- Upload your business logo (must be monochrome).
- Enter your business name (it will be printed in black).
- Select the label colour from the available swatches displayed online.
Printed labels are a great way to add a professional touch to your products. We ensure all labelling aligns with UK regulations, including:
- Tea details
- Brewing instructions
- Storage information
- Origin
- Lot number (for traceability)
- Packed in the UK on behalf of (your business name)
Note: A flat fee of £15.00 per order applies for printed labels.
Step 5: Finalise Your Order
1. Review your selections:
- Tea type
- Pouch net weight
- Pouch colour
- Labeling option (including uploaded logo or business name if applicable)
2. Complete your order and proceed to checkout.
Additional Information
- Bulk Bag Weight: Each type of tea has a different bulk bag weight, ranging from 6 kg to 16 kg depending on the tea. Please check the specific weight listed in the product description.
- Traceability: Rest assured that each pouch will include a unique lot number and all legally required details for UK compliance.
- Customisation: If your desired tea isn’t available on the site, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Example Calculation
Here is an example to illustrate the pricing:
1. You order 1 private label of English Breakfast Tea (16 kg).
- Bulk bag price: £263.40
- Flat Packing Fee: £35.00
- Printed Labels Fee (if required): £15.00
2. Choose to pack the entire 16 kg in 500g pouches (32 pouches).
3. Select White Pouches and upload a monochrome logo for the printed labels.
Total Cost
- Without Printed Labels: £298.40
- With Printed Labels: £313.40
