Pu-Erh Beeng Cha is classed as a very special tea by many villages in Yunnan Province. Once the tea has been compressed into seven layers, it is then left to age for two years. The resultant flavour is wonderfully earthy with underlying musty notes. In addition, you can experience different subtle flavours from the same leaves, as once broken from the cake, they can be brewed a number of times.
