Safflower petals have a mild, slightly sweet and floral taste when blended and enjoyed with tea or herbs and have been used traditionally to help reduce pain and inflammation. The petals work great when added to blends to give a splash of colour to the dry blend, and when infused, a wonderful amber-red colour is released from the petals.
