Serving Guide
- Tea Menu: Very Popular
- Per 250ml Cup: 1 teaspoon (approx. 2.6g)
- Water: Use freshly filtered, boiling water. Pour over leaves.
- Brewing Time: 3 – 7 minutes; we prefer 5 minutes for full flavour.
- Milk & Sugar: Delicious with or without milk or a slice of lemon. Add honey or sugar to taste if required.
