It is meant to help you find your inner calm, naturally. This unique tea combines spearmint's fresh sweetness with various carefully chosen herbs to calm your body and mind.

Ingredients:

  • Green Mate (Ilex paraguariensis): Green Mate is a traditional herbal tea known as the "Drink of the Gods" in South America. This powerful herb grows in subtropical areas of South America, especially in Argentina, Paraguay, and Brazil. It is known for its high levels of antioxidants, ability to improve mental focus, and potential to help with weight loss. It is said to be good for your health in many ways.
  • Lemongrass: Lemongrass is a fragrant herb that gives our blend a refreshing citrus note. It is thought to help relieve stress and make you feel more relaxed.
  • Spearmint: Spearmint is a sweet, fragrant herb that gives our tea a better taste and helps with digestion and stress.
  • Ginseng: In traditional medicine, ginseng has been praised for hundreds of years because it is thought to help boost energy, reduce stress, and support overall health.
  • Gingko: Gingko is known for its ability to improve brain function and memory. It gives our blend a bit of an earthy taste.
  • Nettle: Nettle is a herb that is full of nutrients and is thought to help keep your skin, hair, and nails healthy.

    The best tea!

Posted by Tanith Wesson on Oct 03, 2023

This tea could easily be renamed "positivi-tea" because of the highly uplifting effect of the ginsing and ginko. Stress is inevitable - it's how you cope with it that matters and this tea gives me the strength to deal with (almost) everything life throws at me!
