Using a Sencha-style green leaf from the Hunan area of China, we've added natural flavours of sweet watermelon and combined them with the fresh taste of air-dried cucumber pieces to give a really smooth, fresh cup of tea. A wonderful light-bodied infusion that is great hot and as an iced tea, or as a tea cocktail—make a concentrate and add a little to your favourite gin with a splash of tonic. For those linguists amongst you, you might wonder why we called this tea Tikiti Green Tea. Well, Tikiti means 'melon' in Swahili!
