If you're a resident within 50 miles of our premises in Hillington, Glasgow, a free Collect From Store option will appear at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready for collection.
Which days do you deliver?
We're delighted to be able to offer next working day delivery Monday-Friday. We can deliver on a Saturday using the Next Working Day service for a minimum additional price of £3.50. We use a DPD tracked next-day courier service supported by DHL Domestic and Royal Mail Parcel depending on individual orders and locations.
UK Free Shipping Threshold
We don't operate a minimum order policy, but orders below £75 (net value) attract a carriage fee. If your order is over £75 and is being delivered to a UK mainland address, shipping is free. Shipping options are automatically displayed, or free shipping is offered at checkout.
UK Daily Cut-Off Times for Next Working Day Delivery
Generally speaking, if we receive your order before 1400 hours, we would expect to dispatch that day for next-working-day delivery. However, if you realise that it is after 1400 hours and you still need your order for the next day, please give us a call. We will do our best to dispatch your order that day and may have alternative backup options available, depending on how urgently you require it. For large bulk orders, we sometimes need a longer lead time, but we would contact you directly to advise and discuss.
Signature or Safe Place?
We usually send out orders requesting a signature on delivery; however, we understand that for some of our customers, it's not convenient to have to stay in to sign for an order. If this is the case for you, let us know in the notes section of your order or call us directly. If possible, please specify the 'safe place' where you would like our courier to leave your order. This could be a neighbour, a shed, a porch, etc. Just let us know, and we'll pass this information on.
Saturday Delivery
We're really pleased to be able to offer Saturday delivery for all UK mainland orders placed on a Friday before 2 pm.
Tracking
DPD and DHL Domestic offer email and SMS text tracking. If we have these details from you, we will enter them into the courier's tracking system so you can receive real-time tracking information for your order. We also have our own internal tracking process to confirm the delivery of your order. If we spot any delays or issues with your order, we'll be in touch with you as soon as possible to keep you informed and assist where needed.
