The Balmoral Blend, inspired by some of Scotland’s historic tea pioneers (Robert Bruce, James Taylor and Robert Fortune) combines teas from six estates across three growing regions. Balancing robust teas grown on the lush, green banks of the Brahmaputra river in Assam with leaves from Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka and wonderful, smooth Keemun leaf from Anhui, China has created the amazing taste of the Balmoral Blend. Once infused, the tea is both rich and refreshing. Add milk or lemon to taste, sit back and enjoy!

We're delighted to say whilst you can enjoy drinking Balmoral Blend on the Balmoral Estate, and buy the blend packaged in the estate retail shops, the Balmoral Estate has given permission for us to sell this special blend to our customers so it can be enjoyed all over the world too. As the blend has been so popular, we've placed it in biodegradable & compostable pyramid tea bags as well as in individually wrapped pyramid tea bags.

A tea fit for a royal

Posted by Claudio Andreani on Jun 06, 2025

One of the best teas I have ever tasted. It has a rich flavor unlike any I have ever tasted and is definitely worthy of being served in a royal residence like Balmoral Castle. I heard about the Balmoral blend while researching the Castle and I am so glad Jenier gave me the opportunity to taste it in the comfort of my own home. I was a little worried about the international shipping at first but the tea arrived perfectly packaged and on time (about ten days). The only downside was the shipping costs but that was to be expected considering it was an international shipment and the product is definitely worth the price. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO WANT TO KNOW WHAT REAL ROYAL TEA TASTES LIKE.

    Best tea ever

I have not had tea that tastes this good in years! I received my first few bags through Weebox and I was hooked. Only downside is shipping costs. But WELL WORTH THOSE COSTS!
