Bukhial tea estate is operated by George Williamson Assam Ltd, one of the largest of the tea plantation operators in India. The teas produced by the estate are known for their high quality and this Pekoe Fanning grade will not disappoint. As the leaf particles are smaller you'll experience a quicker infusion than the Bukhial TGFOP leaf , but the resultant brew is just as rich, strong and full bodied with a great malty flavour.
It took over 10 years for Assam tea to be classified and accepted as tea. You can find out more in our article at the Tea Hub: History Of Tea in Assam
