Loved this matcha - made a latte and it really turned out well and soooooo creamy. Love the storage tub too - easy to store the matcha and lid is super airtight.

  Health Benefits

  • Unique Antioxidant Profile: Rooibos contains a rare, highly active flavonoid known as aspalathin. Clinical research demonstrates that aspalathin and the broader polyphenol profile in milled rooibos provide potent antioxidant capabilities, helping to protect cellular health and combat metabolic oxidative stress without any central nervous system stimulation.[1]
  • Cardiovascular Support: Routine consumption of aspalathus linearis (rooibos) is robustly documented to positively influence cardiovascular health. Clinical trials have shown that it substantially inhibits angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) activity, which naturally supports healthy, stable blood pressure.[2]
  • Low Tannin & Optimal Mineral Retention: Unlike standard Camellia sinensis teas, rooibos contains remarkably low levels of hydrolysable tannins. Medical studies confirm that consuming rooibos does not inhibit bioavailable iron absorption, making this finely milled powder highly beneficial for those focused on maximizing dietary mineral uptake and for safe consumption during pregnancy.[3]
