Grown exclusively at high altitudes (1500-2500 feet) in the Cederberg region of South Africa, this Choice Grade #1 herb undergoes a traditional rolling and fermentation process. The resulting coppery brown leaves produce a deep reddish-orange liquor characterised by a neutral, crisp aroma and a naturally sweet, fruity flavour profile.
As a completely caffeine-free infusion, this loose-leaf grade is ideal for custom dosing in traditional teapot service. It requires a full rolling boil to maximise extraction and possesses the unique ability to pair beautifully with milk, sugar, lemon, or fresh mint according to your customers' preferences.

    Purchased for the first time and was very impressed with the freshness and quality of the rooibos. Love the vacuum sealed pouches and the fact we can return the empty packs for recycling.
