Loose Leaf Dandelion tea is caffeine-free and can be enjoyed as a herbal infusion on its own, or when added to a blend. The taste is mild and slightly herbaceous, and it works well when enjoyed with a little honey. Dandelion leaves have historically been used for many conditions, in particular: loss of appetite, stomach upsets, as a laxative, or to increase urine production. It is thought Dandelion contains chemicals that may increase urine production and decrease swelling, but scientists are keen to point out that more evidence is needed to assess the effectiveness of these uses.
