St Coombs FP black tea is from a top Ceylon tea estate and has a refreshing, piquant, flowery character with good body. This FP tea leaf grade is a fine example of the high-quality tea that's produced from January to March. Monsoon rains, cool nights, and dry periods all influence the growing of a large tea leaf with a high sap content. As FP teas are notoriously labour-intensive to produce, there are limited quantities available, but the wonderful flavour attained, as shown with this tea, is well worth the effort to source.
