Earl Grey Green Tea is a wonderful mix of tradition and new ideas. A delicious blend that combines bergamot's sweet, citrusy flavour with the bold, smoky flavour of gunpowder green tea. This unique blend comes from the famous UVA tea-growing region in Sri Lanka. It is a delightful twist on the classic Earl Grey and is perfect for tea lovers who want to try something new.
In southeast Sri Lanka, the UVA region is known for making high-quality tea. The area's high elevation, cool climate, and lots of rain make it the perfect place to grow tea with unique tastes and smells. Our gunpowder green tea, a mainstay of UVA's tea gardens, is carefully hand-rolled into small pellets that unfurl and release a strong, smoky flavour when steeped.
Earl Grey Green Tea is a new take on the traditional Earl Grey tea, which has been around since the 1800s. Earl Grey is a blend of black tea and bergamot oil. It was named after the British Prime Minister Charles Grey. Our new Earl Grey Green Tea stays true to the flavour of the original while adding the health benefits and delicate taste of green tea.
