Ruby Earl Grey differs from our traditional Earl Grey in that we have adjusted the blend and increased the amount of Keemun used. China Black Keemun tea from the Anhui province is known for its aromatic, orchid-like fragrance, slight hint of smokiness, and winey, fruity flavour. Along with the Keemun, we have blended teas from Sri Lanka, India, and Kenya and used our signature, high-quality bergamot oil for that delicious bergamot finish. Red and blue cornflowers add decoration and reflect the warmth and depth of this tea. The taste is simply delicious and full-bodied. Of course, you can add milk or lemon if you wish, but we recommend trying without to get a full sense of the richness the Keemun leaf brings to the cup.
