The resulting liquor displays a bright, coppery hue accompanied by a full-bodied, malty character and subtle nuances of cask oakiness.
Offering a medium caffeine level balanced by a very high antioxidant content, Scottish Breakfast Tea provides an invigorating start to the day. It brews optimally at 100°C using approximately 3g of leaf per cup, infusing over 3 to 7 minutes.
