The Platinum Jubilee is a black tea blend to celebrate Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth's 70 years of reign. The tea has a full-bodied flavour with a delicate Earl Grey taste and will be served to visitors and sold throughout all the Visitor enterprises at Balmoral Estate. Keeping strong ties to Scottish tea history, we've blended teas from China, Sri Lanka and Assam (India) with tea leaves from the Nandi Highlands in Kenya. A small amount of 100 % natural bergamot oil has been added for a natural Earl Grey taste that is not too strong. The red, white and blue cornflowers add a very pretty floral display throughout the blend in honour of this wonderful celebration.
