The English Breakfast Tea (Strong) boasts a robust, balanced flavour with a pleasant astringency. This stronger blend differs from our English Breakfast Original (Light) in that, along with bright and lively teas from Sri Lanka, it contains teas from both Assam and India and a top-class Keemun leaf from the Anhui province in China. The result is a darker, stronger infusion that copes well with both hard and soft water types to give a really flavoursome cup of tea.

    I've been a wholesale customer of Jenier for years and had always bought their other English Breakfast - a good taste, but customers sometimes thought it 'looked' pale. Switched to this strong version and customers love this new tea - getting great comments. Would definitely recommend this tea!!

   Serving Guide

  • Tea Menu: Very Popular
  • Per 250ml Cup: 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 3g)
  • Water: Use freshly filtered, boiling water. Pour over leaves.
  • Brewing Time: 3 – 7 minutes; we prefer 5 minutes for full flavour.
  • Milk & Sugar: You can add milk, sugar, honey or lemon to suit taste preferences.
